Store Managers mastermind the success of our stores by driving results. They're gurus in above and beyond customer care who head up operations, stock, training and rostering—while coaching their team and connecting with everyone from franchise partners to guests. We’re usually open between 9-10pm but hours vary from store to store.
Excellent question—and a great one to ask in your interview! Each store has their own treat policies. We do run inter-store comps with cash prizes that are pretty sweet, if we say so ourselves.
